RULES
- It is only possible to return the item if it is still in good quality, still has all its item features and properties (no signs of damage, of wear and tear, original labeling and packaging all still with the item).
- If the customer ordered an item that didn’t fit (size, dimensions, shape, configurations, color), the customer can exchange the non-food item for similar goods from the seller from whom the item was purchased, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days. (as per Federal Law of December 17, 1999 N 212-FZ) (see text in the previous edition) The consumer has the right to exchange non-food items of good quality for other items from the seller within 14 (fourteen) days, not including the day of purchase. The exchange of this non-food item can only proceed if the item in question is in good quality, with its original presentation, seals, labeling, and factory packaging, the consumer must present the receipt or other document confirming the authenticity of the item’s purchase. Failure to present a receipt or proof of payment does not automatically deny the customer’s right to exchange an item. (as amended by the Federal Law of December 21, 2004 N 171-ФЗ) (see text in the previous edition) The list of items excluded from the right to exchange, specified in this article, is approved by the government of the Russian Federation. If a similar item is not on sale on the day that the customer contacts the seller, then the customer can refuse any presented offers and demand a monetary refund. The seller will refund the specified sum within three days of receiving the specified product from the customer. Upon agreement between the customer and seller, a product exchange can occur. - Refunds are initiated through an application form - where the customer has to prove the authenticity of the purchase with a receipt or documentation and returns the product in good condition with its features intact.
- Monetary refunds depend on the method via which the customer returns the item, within a time period of 10 days as of the date on the receipt, to the seller’s warehouse – the item is returned with a refund application form.
- Warranty information and details for a particular item is provided by the manufacturer and attached to the sold item.
- To qualify for a monetary return, you need to send the item and a package of documents: (attached to each order), a copy of the passport, a sales receipt to the address: LLC “ARCTICEXPLORER” Legal address: 127427, Moscow, Seleznevskaya str. 11, Building 3, Room 7.
- Defective items or merchandise must be sent back with their original labels and packaging.
- In case of you sending back defective, inadequate items – we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the item has already been paid for, we will refund the money to the card that was used for the prepayment or to the qiwi wallet that was invoiced.
