Courier Delivery
Delivery takes place on weekdays between 10:00 and 20:00 hours, within 1 day of processing the order. On purchases of over 10,000 Rubbles, courier delivery in Moscow and St. Petersburg is free of charge. Any Parka, jacket, or vest will come to you for free.
An employee of the delivery company will contact you on the selected day and agree upon a concrete time for the courier to deliver the item.
The item can be delivered to your home or work address.
Delivery by courier service EMS.
Courier delivery outside of Moscow, the Moscow Region, and St. Petersburg is carried out by the company EMS Russian Post to almost all settlements and points across the country.
Time of delivery within Russia: from 2 to 9 days, for international deliveries: from 2 to 20 days, depending on the provided destination.
Unfortunately, this delivery method does not exist everywhere. There is a list of areas and settlements where EMS cannot reach. If this is the case on your order, our managers will contact you to find an alternative.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by EMS tariffs. We do not change the price nor take any revenue from deliveries.
If you chose the EMS courier service – the item costs and delivery costs must be prepaid in full.
Delivery on the Planet Earth:
Your order can be delivered to practically anywhere in the world. We worst with express service FedEx – the delivery time is estimated at 1 to 4 working days on average, depending of course on the given destination. The cost of shipping is calculated separately at the time of shipment.
In some countries there may be additional tariffs and fees on imported goods – all additional fees are incurred by the buyer.
