Terms of payment
Credit card payments are processed through Alfa-Bank JSC.
Accepted cards for payment: VISA, MasterCard, MIR.
Payment services over the internet are carried out in accordance with international payment rules and and systems of Visa, MasterCards, and MIR Payment Systems. All transactions are carried out on principles of trust, confidentiality, and securiy of payment - the most advanced methods of vertification, encryption, and data transfer through closed communication channels are used. Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of Alfa-Bank JSC.
On the payment page you will need to enter your bank card data: card number, card holder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCards, Additional Identification Code for MIR). All necessary data can be found on the card itself, with the three-digit security code usually located on the backside. After entering your details, you will be redirected to a different page - an authorisation portal set up by your bank. You will receive a security code, send to you by SMS. Enter the security code at the identified location on the website and your payment will be processed. If no security code SMS arrived, you need to contact the bank that issued you your card.
Cases of error during the payment process:
- Your card is not intended for online use or payments via the internet, which can be found out by contacting your bank.
- The card has insufficient funds to carry out the payment, which can be found out by contacting your bank.
- The card details were entered incorrectly.
- The card has expired. The validity period of the card is written, usually, on the front of the card in a month/year format, you can find out more about the validity and availability of your card by contacting your bank.

The personal information provided during the transaction (name, address, phone, e-mail, bank card details) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your card details are transmitted in encrypted form and not stored on our web server.
Return Policy:
Cash refunds on card payments are not allowed. The return policy and procedure flows in accordance to the rules of international payment systems.
The procedure for the return of goods is regulated by article 26.1 of the federal law «On the Protection of Consumer Rights».
- The consumer has the right to refuse the purchased item at any time before its transfer, and after the item’s transfer – within seven days.
- Return of the purchased item is possible if its presentation, labels, properties, and quality remain undamaged. Documentation confirming the poruchase and conditions thereof is also required.
- The consumer cannot refuse a good quality product, if the item has been purchased and is delivered with all its defined properties and features, if the specified item can be used by the person who purchased it.
- If the consumer refuses the item, the seller must return the amount paid by the consumer under contract of sale, with the exception of the seller's expenses on returning said item from the customer. This must occur no later than ten days from the moment that the customer submits their demand.
To return the money onto a bank card, you must fill out the “Money Refund Application,” which is sent by the company to the customer’s email address after the initial refund request. The Money Refund Application must be submitted with a copy of customer’s passport and sent to info@arcticexplorer.ru
The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receiving the «Money Refund Application».
To refund money from transactions made with errors, the customer must send in a written statement together with a copy of their passport. The written statement must explain the error in transaction and provide checks or receipts as proof. It can be sent in to info@arcticexplorer.ru
The sum refunded will be equal to the sum of purchase. The period of consideration of the Money Refund Application will start immediately upon receiving the Application and is calculated by business days – excluding weekends and holidays.
